what i’d really like is for someone to objectively watch me for a week or so and then just sit down with me for a few hours and explain to me what i am like and how i look to others and what my personality is in detail and how i need to improve where do i sign up for that
friendly reminder that you don’t need to take offense to hateful and negative comments.
take them for what they are- expressions of frustration from someone who is in a painful place in their lives.
there’s no need to further spread negativity, you can stop it and turn it around.
getting angry at people for being angry won’t get anyone anywhere.
realize that someone else’s opinion is only a reflection of themselves, not of you.
